NAVAL STATION NORFOLK BUS TOURS
Rover Cruises and Tours is a locally owned and operated small business. We operate American Rover Sailing Cruises and Victory Rover Naval Base Cruises in Downtown Norfolk as well as the Atlantic Explorer and Atlantic Scout Dolphin and Whale Watching Trips from the Virginia Aquarium in Virginia Beach. Bus tours of Naval Station Norfolk ended with Covid in 2020. We are excited to be bringing them back in close partnership with the Naval Station Norfolk Command. The admissions staff, bus drivers and tour guides are our team with the Navy providing the security personnel.
